076VS Series | Safety Lock Breathing Air Venting Coupling & Plug
The 076VS Series is a 7.4mm nominal bore VentSafe quick release coupling designed for breathing air applications where controlled depressurisation and secure disconnection are required. Using the same 074 Series breathing air plug profile as the standard 076 Series, existing compatible plugs can be used with either coupling configuration.
The VentSafe mechanism is incorporated into the coupling, allowing downstream pressure to vent before the plug is fully disconnected. This controlled release helps reduce hose whip and the risks associated with disconnecting a pressurised breathing air line, while retaining the established plug profile and interchangeability of the standard series.
