Coupling Assembly
We assemble quick connect couplings to defined specifications, ensuring correct fit, function and consistency across production batches.
Standard couplings are produced and held in stock for immediate dispatch, while configured components can be assembled to meet specific customer or application requirements. This reduces on-site assembly time and simplifies installation.
Hose Assembly
Hose assemblies are built using compatible couplings and connectors, matched to system requirements and operating conditions.

Testing

Product Marking & Identification
We provide in-house marking and identification using rolling machines, stamp presses and laser equipment.
Components can be marked with:
- part numbers
- batch codes
- customer-specific branding
- compliance or identification markings
This supports traceability, simplifies identification in service and maintains consistency across OEM supply.
Stock Holding & Scheduled Supply
We maintain stock of finished components and assemblies to support repeat orders and ongoing supply requirements.
Stockholding can be aligned to customer demand, reducing lead times and ensuring availability for maintenance, production or service schedules.
