076 Series | Safety Lock Breathing Air Quick Release Couplings & Plugs
The 076 Series is a 7.4mm nominal bore safety lock quick release coupling designed for breathing air applications where secure, reliable connections are essential. Combining the proven 073 Series safety lock coupling with the 074 Series breathing air plug, this configuration provides a dependable connection for compressed breathing air systems and hose line assemblies.
The integrated push-to-release safety mechanism requires the plug to be pushed further into the coupling before it can be disconnected. This deliberate two-stage operation helps prevent accidental disconnection while allowing fast, single-handed operation when intentional release is required.
Available with BSPT male thread, BSPP female thread and hose tail terminations, the 076 Series delivers high flow with low pressure drop, making it suitable for breathing air hose systems, industrial air line equipment and safety-critical compressed air applications. Coupling and plug caps are available separately.
