Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Kee Connection Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its business operations. In line with this commitment, the company encourages employees, contractors, suppliers, and any individuals associated with the company to report any concerns related to unlawful, unethical, or improper conduct.
The purpose of this Whistleblowing Policy is to provide a clear and confidential way for individuals to raise serious concerns, such as fraud, corruption, bribery, financial malpractice, breaches of company policies, health and safety violations, harassment, abuse, or any other behaviour that may cause harm to individuals, the public, or the reputation of the company.
Whistleblowing is the disclosure of information by a person who believes there is wrongdoing in the workplace and acts in the public interest.
Kee Connection Ltd assures all whistleblowers that their concerns will be taken seriously and treated with strict confidentiality. Reports can be made verbally or in writing to a line
manager, HR, or through the designated whistleblowing officer. The company will conduct a thorough and fair investigation of all genuine disclosures and will provide feedback on the
outcome, where appropriate. If the concern involves a senior member of staff or if the whistleblower feels unable to raise the issue internally, the concern may be escalated to
an external regulatory authority in line with the UK Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA).
Importantly, Kee Connection Ltd prohibits any form of retaliation, victimisation, or harassment against individuals who raise concerns in good faith. Any employee found to be
mistreating a whistleblower or attempting to suppress a report will be subject to disciplinary action. At the same time, malicious or knowingly false allegations may also lead to
disciplinary procedures. Training and awareness on whistleblowing procedures will be provided regularly to ensure that all staff understand their rights and responsibilities.
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with current UK whistleblowing legislation. Kee Connection Ltd is dedicated to fostering a
culture where employees feel safe and supported in speaking up, knowing that their concerns will be addressed professionally and ethically.
